The sport will help your kids develop anaerobic and aerobic fitness with forward kicks, punches, fancy footwork, and more. They can book the 12-session class, with each session running for 1 hour, and can rebook as needed to reach their desired skill level or just continue the experience.

In these lessons, your kids will learn from Darko, a professional fighter with more than 15 years of experience. His expertise in martial arts will allow your kid to learn new skills, improve overall fitness, and gain strength. Students of all skill levels are welcome.
