If your kid wants to get fit or put their energy into something productive and self-empowering, here's a class that gives you just that! This class happens 3 times a week and gives you the option of a 12 or 24 session class (1 hour per session).
Kickboxing (particularly Cardio Kickboxing) is an aerobic form of exercise that helps strengthen and condition your body. It is a martial arts sport that not only helps you get fit, but also provides health benefits, such as reduced body fat, increased flexibility, and a strengthened heart.
The sport improves your balance and builds body strength. To minimize the risk of injury and maximize workout results, the class begins with a warm-up and then the basic skills and movements are practiced with the help of the instructor.
