This online group training for karate teaches students the correct and safe methods of punching and kicking for self-defense purposes. Each class focuses on increasing stamina and strength through basic gymnastics and martial art techniques using skill-based activities and group exercises in a safe and nurturing environment. Learning karate not only helps with fitness but also builds self-confidence, discipline & strength.

* Different level of belts can be earned based on training progress and examination (grading)
