This private 1-on-1 class is fully customized to the learning goals of each student - be it a handstand, cartwheel, flips or any other exercise to increase physical strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination.
The gymnastics center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including in-ground trampolines and foam-filled safety pits. All classes are taught by experienced instructors from Europe who are specially trained in adult gymnastics coaching, safety, and techniques.
