In these at-home sessions, your kids will benefit from a personal trainer who will customize the sessions according to their skill level, body type, equipment, lifestyle and personal goals. They can choose 6 or 12 sessions or try a trial session to experience the growth for themselves. They can choose from the following options:

- Strength Conditioning
- Fat Loss & Muscle Gain
1. Yoga (1 hour sessions)
Your kids can also combine yoga with some cardio and weight training as per your preferences, for some variety. Benefits of Yoga include:

2. Strength Conditioning (1.5 hour sessions)
This program focuses on movement quality to improve performance and prevent injury. This can be done in any given sport by focusing on speed, strength, and power. Equally, it could improve performance in real-life scenarios, such as standing up with ease and proprioception and balance, helping people fall less frequently.
The benefits of a good strength and conditioning program will vary for every individual, depending on their abilities and goals.

3. Fat Loss & Muscle Gain (1.5 hour sessions)
Weight loss refers to a decrease in overall body weight from muscle, water, and fat. Meanwhile, Fat loss refers to weight loss from fat, and it’s a more specific and healthful goal than weight loss. The trainer will help your teen target losing fat and gaining muscle mass, which will increase the definition of muscles, improve lean body mass, and add bulk and size to their frame in all the right places.
What they will learn:
- Reasons for lack of muscle gain
- Eat more for muscle gain—quality first, quantity second
- Resistance training for muscle gain
- Lifestyle adjustments for muscle gain
- Track your muscle gain progress
Materials:
- Students should have a yoga mat for Option 1 (Yoga) and open space for exercise
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking
Age Requirements:
14 - 17 years old

- Yoga sessions run for 1 hour while other options run for 1.5 hours each
