Well, as you may assume, it’s not only about the physical aspects of the techniques but has benefits beyond that. Expert instructor Someyah's boxing program is based on Tai Chi, an old Chinese martial art, which teaches your child how to protect themselves with proper movements and channelling their energies, training both their physical and mental capabilities for self-defense and self-empowerment.
The standard private 8-hour program (8 sessions x 1 hour) is designed for students with prior experience in boxing, and includes:

- Breathing Techniques to increase Lung Capacity
- Act & React Methods
For self-defense to be effective, students need to know themselves and center their inner energies, learning the techniques to release them. Only thorough knowing their own anatomy and power, your kids or teens would be able to defend the temple which is their body, not just reacting but acting to their opponents. By this method of boxing, they will tap into your real potential powers of body and mind. They can choose between 8 and 12 sessions for the full benefits of the program or a trial session, with each class running for 1 hour each.
