After-school activities like basketball will keep kids fit and better their coordination, flexibility, and strength.
This 1-hour basketball training will provide your kids with the right moves and guidance to practice the sport and even play competitively! You'll kids will be playing in a team, but will also have the opportunity to practice individual basketball drills and skills training to become better team members.
Basketball is a fast-paced game, so playing and training is an aerobic workout that both strengthens the body and increases your cardiovascular health. Basketball keeps the body moving and develops your fitness and endurance, balance, and coordination and builds strength in muscles all over your body.
You can choose 4 or 8 sessions to attend the training twice a week and 12 sessions to attend the training 3 times a week.
