Known as the "Land of Spices," traditional Kerala cuisine is revered for its distinctive flavors. From biryani to curries and other accompaniments, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
In this private, 6-hour class (3 sessions x 2 hours), you will learn how to make a variety of traditional Kerala main courses. You will receive hands-on experience as you learn the dishes alongside the instructor, who will guide you throughout to help you master the recipes and recreate them at home with ease.
You will learn to make:
- Kerala dum biryani with onion raita and pineapple raita
- Chicken coconut fry with onion raita and pineapple raita
- Chicken mulakilitadhu with onion raita and pineapple raita
