It's popularity soared instantly and is now an integral part of Indian cuisine. With this masterclass, you'll explore the process behind how this cuisine is created.
In this private, 2.5-hour lesson, you'll learn how to recreate delectable Indo-Chinese dishes that reflect the fusion of two cultures. You'll cook 3 dishes for each session, with one dish per category. Choose between 1 and 3 sessions.
