Description:

Up your fitness routines by learning how to fuel your body with the right kind of food that suits your personal body needs with this online healthy cooking class. Set aside those 'eat little everyday' diets and learn the ingredients to cook your self a well-balanced diet while also being able to eat your favorite things - and yes, that includes desserts!

In this 1.5 hour, single-session class, you would be able to cook healthy Airfryer recipes, homemade dressings with salad, or healthy desserts. You can rebook the class and learn them all! And don't worry if you are a vegetarian and you see meat on the list. All recipes can be customized to be vegan or vegetarian.

Option 1: Airfryer healthy cooking class
In this session, you will learn how to use Air Fryer and create delicious mouthwatering dishes. You may choose any three out of the six options listed below to make:

  • Herb crusted vegetables
  • Kale chips
  • Chicken bites
  • Jacket potatoes
  • Fish Tikka
  • Meat/vegetable puff

Option 2: Homemade dressings with salad
This session will allow you to explore how salads can be tasty and healthy without being boring. Learn to make your own dressings so that you can avoid the store bought sugar and preservatives-laden dressings. You may choose any four from the list below:

  • Asian sesame salad
  • Three bean salad with corn
  • Leafy feta and pomergrante salad
  • Tabbouleh salad
  • Fattoush salad
  • Strawberry, quinoa and walnut salad
  • Orzo pasta salad with bellpepers
  • Grilled vegetables salad with rocket leaves

Option 3: Healthy desserts Making Class
You can fulfill your sweet cravings without feeling guilty later by indulging in healthy deserts. In this session, you will learn how to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can choose any four from the list below:

  • Date ladoo
  • Protein balls
  • Tapioca pearls with coconut sugar
  • Chia pudding
  • Homemade granola
  • Fruit yogurt
  • Healthy oat cookies
  • Healthy coconut bites

About the instructor:

Sabeen Faruqi received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With her knowledge, you can co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
