You can turn up your dinner time (or lunch) with kebabs, steaks, and much more in 2 sessions of 2-3 hours each.
You will learn to make the following:
- Tandoori Chicken Tikka
- Lehsuni Kebab( garlic flavored)
- Chicken hara bhara Tikka ( using fresh Herbs)
- Mediterranean Chicken kebab
- Asian Pan-seared Chicken
- Mutton Chaap Kebab
- Beef Steak
- Sriracha Dipping
- Tzatziki Sauce (Greek Sauce)
- Green Chutney Dipping
Materials:
- Students are advised to bring aprons. Otherwise will be provided by the instructor
- The instructor will provide a printout of the recipes
