This exciting 2-hour cooking class will teach you how to prepare simple classics of a French bistro. You will be guided by culinary experts throughout the session and will take home scrumptious delights that will keep your taste buds satisfied all day long.
You will learn to make:
- Mussels with two sauces: A classic meuniere sauce and a homemade spicy Thai sauce
- Grilled lamb loin with crispy smashed baby potato and a rosemary jus
- Pain perdu creme brulee with earl grey ice cream
