In this 4-hour course, you’ll learn how to get the perfect espresso shot out of your machine and learn to texturize your milk, milk-based beverages, and techniques of latte art just like a café latte. Learn with your own machine or from our commercial machines to brew coffee in this course.
Our professional trainers will set up your machine and grinder for you, and show you how to adjust the grind setting and how to maintain the machine to prevent breakdown or service issues.
This course is recommended for coffee lovers and enthusiasts.
What you will learn:
- Introductory understanding of the coffee itself
- Parameters of making good espresso
- Guidelines for creating good foam and texture milk
- Demonstrations for milk techniques
- Demonstrations of beverage creations
- 3 Beverages in particular (espressos, cappuccinos, lattes)
- Introduction to latte art skills
- Practice a pattern
Materials:
- Students must bring a notebook and pen
- Students should wear comfortable shoes for standing at the machine
- You can come with your own machine and grinder (if you prefer)
