This professional program is designed to equip beginners and amateur chefs with the necessary skills and techniques to experiment with chocolate, master the art of tempering chocolate and produce delicious treats. You will create filled chocolates, sculptures, and different desserts out of chocolate. "Good instructor, learnt a lot. Was a cosy class of just 4. Felt like we could have spent more time on the steak but the chef was very receptive when we asked questions. My advice is to proactively ask questions about the things you want to learn instead of waiting to see if they cover it."
