This hands-on piping class will teach you essential cake decorating techniques using buttercream and royal icing.
You will first bake a Genoise cake from scratch and learn many piping techniques including piping borders, stars, dots, shells, and more! The class also covers preparation and storing icing is completely hands-on for you to try out & master the techniques.
