This all-inclusive pastry program is designed for hobbyists, cooking enthusiasts, dessert and chocolate lovers and can be attended by any skill level - from beginner to advanced at-home cook. The program focuses purely on the basics and fundamentals of baking and desserts and all sessions are taught by professional pastry chefs. Ingredients will be provided freshly and you will learn from scratch all the techniques for creating perfect pastries, bread, chocolates, cakes, and desserts perfect for any occasion.

The full program is 30 hours (10 classes x 3 hours).

Important: If a customer cancels a class less than 24 hours before it's supposed to start and wants to reschedule, an AED 150 fee has to be paid for ingredients.
