Are you new to exercise or haven't worked out much in the past years due to your busy lifestyle? Pilates is the perfect type of exercise to get you started again. A workout that is easier to do and just as effective as the tough ones.
Pilates exercises work on your balance, core strength, posture, and flexibility. If you desire a strong core and are looking for a fun and relaxing type of workout, then pilates training is your best bet. Since the class is taken in a private 1-on-1 setting, it's suitable for both beginners and works out enthusiasts alike.
You can choose between 1, 3 or 8 sessions depending on your exercise goals. Each session goes on for 1 hour.

* Students can choose between these locations:
1) Instructors home studio - Links Tower, The Greens
2) At your premise in these areas: Marina, Internet City, Al Sufouh, the Lakes, Al Barsha, Media City, JLT, JBR, the Palm, Motor City, Sports City, Discovery Gardens, The Gardens, JVC, JVT, Jumeirah Islands and areas in that vicinity
3) Any outdoor location during the cooler months (Park or Beach)
