Jump, summersault, bend and slide over objects like a ninja with this adrenaline pumping Parkour course! That’s right! You can learn how to do those cool flips and wall jumps without the fear of breaking a leg. Literally.
Parkour is a sport that was developed from military obstacle course training. It lets you get from one destination to another in a complex environment without the use of equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
This course will teach you parkour techniques such as running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, rolling, crawling and other complex movements over objects as you progress. It will help you stay fit while keeping your senses open in the most fun and safe environment.
Beginners with no previous sports experience or those are also welcome to try out parkour. All sessions go on for 1-hour each. You can opt between 20 sessions for basic training or 10 sessions to level up your skills. You can also drop in for a trial class with 1 session and rebook any number of times until your learning goals are achieved.
