Milena is a certified Master Life Coach whose mission is to help people re-discover, re-invent themselves, and reach their goals in life. She offers consultations and 1-1 well-being coaching sessions that focus on connecting the body, mind, and soul and help her clients set their goals. Her mission is to help people go faster from dark days to bright days!
Who can take these sessions?
These sessions are ideal for any woman who feels lost or stuck in their professional/ personal life and are determined to take action and work on themselves.
How many sessions do you need?
Each package is tailor-made for each individual after you complete the discovery session. This is a complimentary 30-minute consultation session that will be conducted prior to the first session. You can choose to sign-up for 1, 3, or 6 sessions (1 hour each) and also take these sessions at your house, or any other public location agreed with the instructor.
What to expect?
In these private well-being sessions, Milena will use NLP techniques, hypnotherapy, and other techniques that she has learned over the years from different mentors. Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that involves analyzing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to reach a personal goal. It relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behavior learned through experience to specific outcomes.
These well-being sessions are based on three principles:
1. Connecting the body, mind, and soul: Despite living in a world where there are so many options to connect, it is easy to feel disconnected from everyone around you and especially yourself. Very often, individuals are unaware of what is their body and soul are telling them. If you're currently experiencing a sense of loss or feeling overwhelmed, here's your chance to get connected again. In these well-being sessions, you will learn how to listen to your body and discover what truly makes your soul happy.
2. Time to get physical: A healthy mind means a healthy body. Living a healthy life is very important for your well-being since the energy vibrations from the food you eat can affect your mood and your body. Hence, working on your body and diet helps you work on your mind.
3. Goal settings: Once you understand what you truly need and clear your past baggage, it's time to act and set your goals. Goals setting is essential for you to lead a healthy professional and personal life, as it gives you direction to where you're heading. The past doesn’t serve you - it never did and it never will. As for the future, it’s always uncertain. All you have is now, so you must make the best of it. If you take a small step towards your goals every day, it can have a significant impact on your future.
