Football is a great physical workout that's perfect perfect to fit into your busy day-to-day schedule for continuous body conditioning. In these 1-hour football lessons, you will learn the fundamental techniques and movements to effectively play the sport, including moving with the ball, passing and scoring. You are guaranteed the constant supervision and support of expert coaches who will ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
You can choose 8 or 12 sessions depending on your learning goals, or even 1 session to try the class out. The football classes and packages can be rebooked as needed to reach the desired level of skill and learning outcomes.
Materials:
- A one-time registration fee of AED 200 must be paid directly to the center, which includes uniform and any materials
