Do you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle but need a qualified and knowledgeable personal trainer to guide and motivate you while also making sure your fitness routine is most effective to achieve your goals?
Whether you want to lose weight, shape up your body or gain flexibility and agility in a short time, these personal fitness sessions with a certified coach will best serve your objective. Together with your personal trainer, you will decide whether to focus on workout machines and equipment or to use fitness techniques including cross-fit and freestyle.
You can select between 1, 4, 8 or 12 sessions (1.5 hours each). Sessions can take place at your home gym or any preferred location (e.g. outdoor) as per your availability.
Here's a sample of what your 1.5-hour session would be like:
- 10 min: Healthy nutrition diet and weight management program
- 40 min: Cardio training
- 10 min: Upper body exercise for tuning & shaping up using weights
- 10 min: Middle body exercises
- 10 min: Lower body exercises
- 10 min: Full body stretch for tuning and flexible joints

She has vast experience in providing personalized workout plans based on your fitness goals including consultation on diet and nutrition plans. She will support and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals with her dedication and positive attitude.
