Martial arts professionals have to undergo an intense cardio and fitness training before getting into real sparring or competition mode. These martial arts training methods and techniques can also be used for your personal fitness goals. In this program, you will be guided through a martial arts-inspired workout, designed to strengthen your whole body and get your heart pumping.
All sessions (each 1 hour) are given by a professional black belt Karate instructor who will design a workout plan consisting of elements from kickboxing, cardio-training, CrossFit, along with stretching and body toning exercises. You will be getting 100% attention from your personal coach and each training session is given at your home or preferred location (e.g. outdoor).
