Though we hope you will never be in a situation where you have to self-defend yourself, it is still a good thing to know some fundamental self-defense techniques. In this 1-on-1 class, you will learn from a certified black-belt martial arts instructor a selection of most effective punches, kicks, disarming, throwing and blocking techniques allowing you to protect yourself even against larger, stronger opponents. All sessions can be given at your home or preferred location (e.g. outdoor) and timings can be arranged as per your availability.
10 sessions (1-hour each) will allow you to learn and practice most important self-defense techniques while 5 sessions will provide you a basic understanding about how to defend yourself. This class can be re-booked as many times as needed until the desired learning target is achieved.
