In these at-home 1.5 hour sessions, you'll benefit from a personal trainer who will customize the sessions according to your skill level, body type, equipment, lifestyle and personal goals. Choose 6 or 12 sessions or try a trial session to experience the growth for yourself. You can choose from the following options:
1. Fat Loss & Muscle Gain
Weight loss refers to a decrease in your overall body weight from muscle, water, and fat. Meanwhile, Fat loss refers to weight loss from fat, and it’s a more specific and healthful goal than weight loss. Your trainer will help you target losing fat and gaining muscle mass, which will increase the definition of your muscles, improve your lean body mass, and add bulk and size to your frame in all the right places.

2. Strength Conditioning
This program focuses on movement quality to improve performance and prevent injury. This can be done in any given sport by focusing on speed, strength, and power. Equally, it could improve performance in real-life scenarios, such as standing up with ease and proprioception and balance, helping people fall less frequently.
The benefits of a good strength and conditioning program will vary for every individual, depending on their abilities and goals.
