Urban Gardening with Megha

Meghana Mehta believes in a healthy lifestyle and for her, the need of the hour is sustainability and to have a non-toxic environment. She has hands-on organic farming experience on farmland which was over 500 hectares, where she worked with a team of farmers to grow exotic vegetables in an organic greenhouse environment.

Currently, Megha conducts urban farming and gardening workshops for kids and adults in Dubai, to share her knowledge and encourage people to grow their own food.

Aside from gardening, Megha is also a certified Yoga trainer and conducts mediation and yoga classes for kids and adults.
