
Boxing with Agota
Discover the world of boxing and kickboxing with dynamic 1-hour sessions led by Ágota Ilkó, a seasoned martial artist with 25 years of experience and a certified boxing coach for over 12 years. Sessions can be held at your home, in your building’s gym, outdoors, or at the professional facilities of the Top Boxing Club.
In these sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of punches and kicks, proper movement techniques, and practice through focus mitt and heavy bag drills to improve your form, coordination, and stamina.
Strengthening cross-training exercises are an integral part of each session, specifically targeting the muscles used in boxing – with a special emphasis on the deep core muscles, which is highly beneficial for those who sit a lot or have back issues.
This training format boosts both cardio and muscular endurance. Some exercises include 1–5 kg dumbbells, helping you tone your muscles and shape your body.
Each session is fully customized to your goals:

– If your goal is muscle building, we’ll incorporate more strength-based exercises with heavier weights
