Habib is a renowned artist and calligrapher proficient in 3 Arabic scripts: Riqqa, Kufi and Diwani. In these online, private 1.5-hour lessons, he will guide them through the drawing process and provide various practice opportunities for them to master Arabic calligraphy.
Choose between 1, 10 or 20 sessions, and rebook as often as required to reach the desired goals. It is recommended that beginners choose the 10 session package while students with previous experience in Arabic calligraphy choose the 20 session package.

- Introduction to calligraphy
- Types of Arabic fonts
- Types of Qalam (dip pens)
- How to use and angle the Qalam
- How to draw each letter
- How to structure each letter and connect them together
- Practice and refine calligraphy
- For Intermediates:
- Short review of all the letters
- History of your chosen style of Arabic calligraphy
- Types of Qalams (from different countries)
- Creating more complex strokes
- Half shapes of each letter
- How to combine the various skills together

Materials:
- Students must bring calligraphy ink, bamboo Qalam (dip pen), an art card glossy (350 grams), a pencil and a ruler. The instructor will inform you where to purchase them upon booking
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking

12 - 17 years old
Additional Info:
- The student should already know the Arabic script and alphabet
- Intermediate students must know all individual letters in the calligraphy of the font
- A participation certificate will be provided after the completion of the sessions
