Description:

This 40-hours (5 days x 8 hours) program is suitable for anyone who wants to pursue a career in making cakes, ice cream and pastries, or even open an own confectionery or simply is a passionate hobby baker. No previous knowledge or baking experience required. This program provides a complete introduction to the techniques and science behind the art of modern pastry making. From confectionary mixtures and production methods to couverture processing and cake finishings, you will develop the right knowledge and skill set to start creating your own pastry, chocolate & ice cream specialties.
