This class has been designed around influences and flavors from your instructor Memoona's homeland of Pakistan. Each recipe focuses on delicious aromatic spices and learning to layer flavors based on the rich heritage of this region.
This course aims to inspire you to have confidence with your spices, and wow your friends and family with delicious dishes. By the end of the class, you will leave feeling confident that you can recreate these dishes again in your own home.
In this private class you will learn how to make traditional Pakistani main course recipes with your choice of meat, eggs or vegetarian option.
Each session takes 2-hours. You can choose to learn any one of the following in 1 session or book the 2 session option to learn 2 dishes.

Memoona is a self-taught cook with over 10 years culinary experience. She is passionate and an expert of traditional Pakistani cooking. She enjoys sharing her skills with students of all skill levels and customizes her teaching according to the students requirements. Her mantra is "Making anything out of nothing!"
