In this 5-hour course, you'll learn the essential elements required for cupping evaluation. Through practical and interactive methods, you'll gain expertise in taste and learn how to apply it to the evaluation of different coffees.
Class can go longer than 5 hours.
What you will learn:
- Cupping analysis
- Identify single origins’ qualities and how to implement them for your business
- Importance of coffee tasting and the cupping process
- The organs of sense that are involved
- Physiology of coffee tasting; olfaction, gustation and sensory attributes
- Identify the different tastes and aromas that exist in coffee
- Understand how to use and maintain the core equipment for a coffee tasting and cupping analysis

Additional Info:
- A certificate of completion will be provided by the institute
- AED 105 Apron/T-shirt fee must be paid directly at the academy.
- It's recommended but not mandatory that students take the Introduction to Coffee course available at Premium Full Barista Course
- The center will coordinate with you to arrange you in the next upcoming batch after booking as per mutual convenience
