Tiered cakes are basics for weddings and can make birthdays more special! It's all about piping, design, and getting the cakes just right, and in this class, you'll learn how to stack and frost them from pros in the biz.
In this private, 6-hour class (2 sessions x 3 hours), you will learn how to layer, stack, and frost 2 cakes. On day 1, you'll learn how to stack and smooth one buttercream 3-tier cake, and on the second day, you'll work on a 2 tier cake with fondant. You will be introduced to the different piping tips and how to use them. Dummy cakes will be provided for trial decoration, and you'll also get a chance to work on real cakes for the full experience.
