So much chocolate, so little time! If you want a chocolate cake to celebrate every occasion, look no further.
This private, 7.5-hour class (3 sessions x 2.5 hours) is your best bet for branching out and putting a twist on the classic chocolate cake. You will learn how to make a chocolate cake from scratch as well as the fillings and buttercream for the cake. You will layer the cakes with the fillings and learn to frost them. You will receive recipes for all the cakes and fillings.
