In this private, 7.5-hour class (3 sessions x 2.5 hours), you will learn to make a variety of cakes from scratch as well as how to layer and frost them. You will receive hands-on experience as you bake the cakes alongside the chef and learn how to weigh and mix the ingredients properly. All ingredients and recipes will be provided.
