This 80-hour (60 hours in-kitchen + 11 hours online + 9 hours in-class) group course has been developed for professional or aspiring bakers who are determined to flourish in the Food and Beverage industry. The course will be taught by professional chefs, who will teach you the necessary skills needed to start a successful career in Bakery and Pastry Operation.

This course can be taken by beginners who have no work experience whatsoever. To take this course, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You must also have a solid grasp of mathematics.
