Whether you've been too intimidated to try baking bread on your own or want to expand your skills, this private, 1 session x 4-hour class will equip you with the skills you need to whip out bakery-worthy loaves. From steamed Chinese buns to a loaf of indulgent banana bread, this class is bread central.
Your instructor Natasha will give you all the tips and tricks, including how to measure the ingredients correctly, kneading, and the best temperatures for baking. This class is suitable for beginners and all materials and ingredients will be provided.
You will learn how to bake the following breads:
- Banana bread
- Wholemeal bread
- Dinner rolls
- Bao buns
* Instructor will provide her branded apron & glove for students to keep after the class
