Boost your energy with easy-to-follow dance steps and party beats! This exciting class will give you the opportunity to work on your fitness while having a great time dancing alongside other students and making new friends.
In this 1-hour group class, you will burn up to 500 calories as you dance to some fast-paced tunes. Under the guidance of a professional bellydancer, you will learn how to move your body in ways that will let you reconnect with your femininity. This fun class is suitable for women of all levels - including beginners who have never danced before! Each session will leave you feeling energized and will help you tone your body.
You can choose to book 5 or 8 sessions depending on your ability and goal. Optionally, you can book 1 session to try out the class before committing to more sessions.
- Students are advised to wear comfortable clothes e.g. sportswear/ leggings
- Students can also choose to wear/bring their hip scarf
