For those whose life never stops, Dr. Jyoti Sharma offers 1-on-1 private yoga sessions, in which you can pick out just an hour in your schedule and let yourself relax.
These classes (1 hour x 10 sessions) will be divided into 45 minutes of yoga practice flow and 15 minutes of breathing exercises or pranayama and yoga nidra (meditation).

Dr. Sharma teaches yoga for prenatal, postnatal, ashtanga, vinyasa, and yoga for special needs like for anxiety, stress, migraines, and diabetes. She is a certified Ayurveda physician and yoga therapist from India. She has worked in the health and wellness field for more than 10 years. She also has more than 4 years of experience in the field of drug-free therapies and happily uses her skills to teach and rejuvenate with yoga.
