Training your body and mind keeps you healthy, happy and in shape. Yoga is a perfect tool to achieve these things. At this Yoga training, you will exercise your bearing, main group of muscles, respiratory system and learn the skills of concentration (meditation) with the help of a private Yoga instructor. Whether you are new to yoga, have a physical condition in need of special attention, or would like to further your practice, the lessons are tailor-made for you to reach and maintain your specific wellness goals.
The instructor specializes in various forms of Yoga like Hata Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga and Broga Yoga, and also focuses on Pranayama and Meditation. You can choose the area of interest and the instructor will conduct the class accordingly.
All sessions will be given at the comfort of your own home or any other preferred location (e.g. outdoor).
