Join an online yoga class that teaches you Hatha yoga, the basis for all modern yoga styles. Combined with Pranayama, the practice of breath control, you will learn how to enhance and renew the energy flow in your body. Choose 8 sessions, to get your mind and body in sync and go deep into the postures, or 1 session to try out the style before committing.
Each session lasts for 1 hour and with regular practice, you will be able to attain a healthy and relaxed body and mind.
About the Instructor:
Anastasia White was trained in Rishikesh, India the birthplace of yoga. During her class she provides guidance to her students, correcting postures whenever required and slowly bringing them to a relaxed and calm state in Shavasana. Anastasia explains to her students the benefits of Pranayama techniques, and how conscious breath with awareness can improve the life of a person.
