Anastasia started practicing Yoga in 2007, and immediately experienced the lightness and relaxation which yoga brings. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2019.
She has studied Yoga in Rishikesh in India, which is considered as the birthplace of the sport. Anastasia specializes in Hatha Yoga, the mother of all modern styles. Through her experience, she believes in the physical and mental benefits of this spiritual practice, which starts from the proper alignment of the human body.
During her classes, Anastasia is dedicated to the guidance of her students, correcting postures when required and slowly bring them to a relaxed and calm state. With pranayama techniques, she hopes to show her students how life can transform by breathing with awareness and consciousness.
Anastasia believes that she is not only teaching but also learning from her students, and would like them to know that "we breathe together, we exchange energies and this is a miracle of yoga too."
