Join this class that is adjusted to a leisurely pace so beginners can dive in and those looking for a refresher to Pilates fundamentals can get the practice they need. With an interactive and motivational atmosphere, you will work out in small groups so your instructor can give you a customized experience.

All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking
