This method was developed and improved over the last 40 years by German engineer Peter Hess. The concept of this methodology is tactile rather than audible sound transmission. Your instructor, Marko has learnt all 4 levels of this method directly from Peter Hess in Germany.

During this treatment, the individual is comfortably laid down on the massage table with specially designed Peter Hess bowls physically seated on the client’s body. The intention is to bring the person to “Atonia” - the state of full muscle relaxation.

This can be achieved by gently tapping the bowls in a structured sequence (no random striking) involving the critical body spots that promote deep tissue relaxation, therefore the correlation with traditional massage, as it works in a similar way.

This treatment is ideal for anyone having physical conditions including stiffness, muscle and joint pain, sprains, and strains. You can choose between 1, 3 or 6 sessions depending on the length of the treatment you want.
