There will always be a veil of mysticism about metal singing bowls as nobody really knows the true origin of those powerful sound tools. What is known though is that they do really work!

In a fully customized treatment the individual will have a chance to explore herself or himself while being exposed to targeted sounds that promote mind-body coherence. Prior to the session, your instructor, Marko will perform the audio response test in order to assess the individual’s overall critical sensitivity to selected specific frequencies, thus obtaining valuable insights resulting in a more efficient treatment. Finally, the intention (or goal) will determine whether the method of application will be physical (on body) or metaphysical (off the body).

This 60-minute private session is ideal for an introduction to sound therapy but works perfectly for “grounding” or calming down as well. You can choose between 3 or 6 sessions.
