The instructor will conduct a fitness assessment and advise the appropriate tailor-made training program. Choose 1 session to try out the class, 4 sessions to train once a week, 8 sessions to train twice a week, and 12 sessions to train three times a week. Each session lasts for 1 hour.
- Students are recommended to wear comfortable workout clothes & sports shoes and bring water & a sweat towel.
