Skipping is the smartest way to whip up a sweat and accelerate your fat-burning.
To burn calories fast you have to raise the intensity, and for top athletes, this means getting on a skipping rope. In this private class, our instructor Michael will help you learn skipping tricks that not only look impressive but are also physically demanding enough to provide a great workout. Whether you're new to jumping rope or you've been at it for years, it's always fun and exciting to learn new tricks and add new exercises to your workout repertoire.

Choose 1 session to try out the class, 4 sessions to train once a week, 8 sessions to train twice a week, and 12 sessions to train three times a week. Each session lasts for 1 hour.
Materials:
- Students must have their own Skipping Rope.
- Students are recommended to wear comfortable workout clothes & sports shoes and bring water & a sweat towel.
