Hailing from Tibet, singing bowls are known for their rich, deep tones and their ability to help with relaxation. They are said to have powerful healing properties and are used by Buddhist monks in their meditation practice.
Join this private class for a combination of Pranayama, which uses breathing techniques and sequences to achieve the awakening of Prana (Vital energy), and the forces of the Tibetian singing bowl to achieve a whole new meaning to the word meditation.
All sessions will be given at the comfort of your own home or any other preferred location (e.g. outdoor).
