This guided meditation session deals with a different topic each week. Each session is independent and can be completed on its own, so you can either book all 3 sessions at once or book single session(s) to cover your preferred topic(s).

Upon booking, the instructor will contact you to check on your preferred topic (from the list below) and schedule the exact date for your session. Participants will be in small groups and the session lasts for about 1 hour 30 mins.
