After an initial fitness assessment, Moe will set together with you a personalized workout and nutrition plan based on your body type and in accordance with the goals you would like to accomplish.
After creating your personal plan, Moe will teach you how to do the recommended exercises and make sure you are doing them correctly. Body position is key with most exercises, and it’s a personal trainer’s job to monitor you, make sure you’re doing the exercises safely and effectively and to alter the training as necessary.
