Develop your body's flexibility with stretching exercises that make your ligaments and joints more elastic, allowing you to perform movements in full amplitude.
With these private lessons, you will also be able to stimulate blood circulation and relieve psycho-emotional stress. You will be focusing primarily on 2 types of stretching:
- Static stretching - with this type of stretching, a person takes a certain position, in which he freezes for 30-60 seconds. All attention at this moment is directed to the muscles involved.
- Dynamic stretching - this type of stretching has soft 'springy' movements. With each such action, the range of motion increases, gradually stretching the muscles.
The lessons are focused on an individual approach and you can choose between 6 or 12 sessions to improve your physique and mood. Each session lasts for 45 minutes.
