Pole fitness is a total body workout using the pole as a means to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. It is a total cardio workout that stretches, strengthens and tones your overall body while building up lean muscles.
Sign-up below and try out a completely different work-out from the mainstream ones. It might look tough but you'll get it down in no time with plenty of practice and with the help of expert professionals guiding you in every way. The class is intended for both beginners who are trying the sport for the first time or intermediates who want to learn new tricks.
The warm-up is a vital part of the class so please ensure you arrive to class on time. Note that you might not be allowed to participate if the warm has already commenced. This is for safety measures.
You can choose between 4, 8 and 12 sessions depending on how much you want to learn. You can rebook the classes as many times as you want until you reach your desired level. Each class goes on for 1 hour.
